THE GULF SOUTH'SÂ HUB FOR ALL THINGS RELATED TO DIVERSITY + BUSINESS
ABOUT US
The Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council (formerly the Louisiana Minority Supplier Development Council) was founded in 1973 to assist major corporations with developing, enhancing their small business utilization programs with an emphasis on ethnic minority lead and operated businesses (MBEs).

The Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council (SRMSDC) continues this rich history but we are all about doing things differently. Today, we are more focused on our regional economy by supporting diverse businesses through technology, regional D2D (Diverse to Diverse) & C2D (Corporate to Diverse) business opportunities. We are also developing innovative programs that help diverse businesses pivot into new business sectors. The SRMSDC is one of 23 regional affiliates nationwide. and we are all about supporting people and organizations that are interested in supporting the places where we all work, live and play.
